Reflection must be reserved for solitary hours; whenever she was alone, she gave way to it as the greatest relief; and not a day went by without a solitary walk, in which she might indulge in all the delight of unpleasant recollections.

  1. Sometimes it is good to stop and reflect and go ‘into’ the body and thinks things over. Be at peace with yourself. Don’t think about the things that need to be done. Enjoy the moment of being one with the mind.

  2. A pensive photo with a real play with detail. I like Jane Austin’s words “…in which she might indulge in all the delight of unpleasant recollections.” There’s just enough darkness here to give a delightful shiver.
