Voluptuous

Baltimore, Bolton Hill

The body is a sacred garment. It’s your first and your last garment; it is what you enter life in and what you depart life with, and it should be treated with honour, and with joy and with fear as well. But always, though, with blessing.

  1. That is very brave of her to pose. She fits the title or should I say, the title fits her too.
I love the B&W tones and the pose, a nice decent pose.

  2. Before seeing your title, Michael, I immediately said to myself, “That is one voluptuous woman!” Beautifully and sensitively shown, with a great quote by Martha Graham.

  3. Michael, when I first saw the smaller image, I thought you had taken a photo of a sculpture in marble. Your use of film and lighting was excellent, as is the classical pose.
